Takedown and removal

If you are a venue, promoter or rights holder and want something removed or corrected, we act the same day.

What we will do

• Remove an embedded post. The Instagram embed and the evidence link come down that day.
• Remove a listing. The venue, night or class comes off the public site.
• Correct a listing. Faster than removal if the facts are simply wrong.
• Stop crawling you. We drop your site from our fetch list. See our crawler.
• Delete a submission and any email attached to it.

How to ask

Email support@one23567.com with the page address and what you want changed, or use the correction form. Say the word “takedown” and it is treated as urgent.
